Property Manager
We are an independent, established Estate Agency with offices in Manchester City Centre & South Manchester that specialises in the sales & rentals of Commercial & Residential Properties.
The position will be based in our city centre office.
The Role
We require an enthusiastic Property Manager with experience within the estate agency/property management sector. Your will be required to cover all aspects of property management from inventory check ins, arranging and authorising repairs/maintenance, block property management, rent collection, leading on rent arrears, conducting inspections, end of tenancy checkouts, deposit negotiations, and issuing sections. You will be liaising with Landlords, buyers, vendors, tenants and our own in house and external contractors. Working alongside an established team of property managers, you will be further developing the Property Management department in order to further enhance the service we provide in property management and maintenance to tenants and landlords. This is a full time position working 5 days across Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday or 10am to 4pm on Saturdays. No day will be the same !
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Property Manager include, but are not limited to:
Cover all aspects of property management from inventory check ins
Arrange and authorise repairs/maintenance
Block property management
Rent collection
Leading on rent arrears
Conducting inspections
End of tenancy checkouts
Deposit negotiations and issuing sections.

The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Property Manager are:
Property Management experience including check out negotiation (minimum 1 year).
