We are a growing, driven and forward thinking company which specialises in Sales, Rental and Management of Commercial and Residential Properties. We require a enthusiastic Sales and Lettings Consultants (ideally with estate agency experiences) to join our South Manchester branch.
You must be able to multi task, work on your own initiative, have excellent time keeping and a valid driver’s license.
The post is full time working 5 days across Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and or 10am to 4pm on Saturdays. The role is to start ASAP however, we are happy to wait for the right person.
The post offers a salary of £25,000 to £28,000 OTE (basic £20,000 to £23,000 dependent on NMW/NLW).
We offer 28 days Holidays (including bank holidays), increasing yearly to a maximum of 33 days, use of the company pool car, social events and formal dinners.
Job summary:
Acting on leads and arranging viewings for prospective tenants/buyers
Conducting viewings sales and rental viewings
Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors, solicitors and building management companies
Dealing with Sales and Rental enquiries
Representing the client in negotiation with prospective buyers and tenants
Processing new tenancies and overseeing referencing
Working with the Property Management department, ensuring properties are ready for new tenants, arranging inventories
Ensure properties meet legal and health and safety requirements, i.e. Gas Safety Certificates, EPCs and EICRs
Support the Property Management Team as and when required.
About you:
Passionate and enthusiastic
Previous experience within the industry is preferred
Knowledge of Manchester City Centre and surrounding areas
Excellent customer service skills (verbal and written)
Computer literate
Well organised, professional & punctual
Ability to work under pressure and have a 'can do' approach
Strong communication & negotiating skills are a must.
Full Clean UK Driving License
