Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Lettings Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property sales and lettings, building strong relationships with diverse clients, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for the property market.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate in the Sale and Rental of residential and commercial properties.
Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers.
Conduct property viewings and provide knowledgeable insights to potential clients.
Negotiate offers and contracts between landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the property market, including trends and regulatory changes.
Prepare necessary documentation, including tenancy agreements and sales contracts.
Handle client inquiries professionally and promptly.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Conduct follow-up communications to ensure all leads are followed and turned into solid offers.
Work towards achieving sales and lettings targets.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Experience
Previous experience in a sales, lettings or customer service role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
Multilingual abilities are advantageous
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Presentable and have a ‘can do’ approach
Knowledge of the local property market (desirable).
Proficiency in IT systems and software.
Full UK driving licence (essential) and access to a vehicle.
The is a full time role, working 9.20am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm when working Saturdays (If working a Saturday, day off during the week).
